Jeraldine Phneah

I’m Jeraldine, and I oversee policy research at the Workers’ Party Youth Wing. I care deeply about building a better future for Singapore, with a particular focus on issues affecting working professionals and the elderly. I believe well-crafted policies can improve lives meaningfully and sustainably, and I identify with the Party’s rational and compassionate approach to policy-making, grounded in feedback from Singaporeans.

Outside of work, I enjoy strength training, cycling, and learning through books and podcasts. I’m also a Certified PADI Rescue Diver and a fan of Avatar: The Last Airbender and the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
