The Workers’ Party held its Cadre Members’ Conference on 28 June 2026.
The Cadre Members elected the following as Party Chair and Party Secretary-General:
- Chair: Ms Sylvia Lim (林瑞莲), 61
- Secretary-General: Mr Pritam Singh (毕丹星), 50
The following 12 members were elected to the Central Executive Committee (CEC):
- Mr Abdul Muhaimin bin Abdul Malik (穆海民), 37
- Mr Chua Kheng Wee Louis (蔡庆威), 39
- Mr Dennis Tan Lip Fong (陈立峰), 56
- Ms Eileen Chong Pei Shan (蒋佩姗), 34
- Mr Gerald Giam (严燕松), 49
- Mr Harpreet Singh (贺沛星), 60
- Ms He Ting Ru (何廷儒), 43
- Mr Jamus Lim (林志蔚), 50
- Mr Kenneth Tiong (张文杰), 37
- Mr Low Thia Khiang (刘程强), 70
- Mr Muhamad Faisal Abdul Manap (莫哈默费沙), 51
- Mr Tan Kong Soon (陈广顺), 49
Mr Pritam Singh, Secretary-General of the Workers’ Party said, “As with the past CECs, the focus of the Party remains squarely on the issues that directly impact the daily lives of Singaporeans. In a time of increasing global uncertainty, we remain more committed than ever to a vision of Singapore that is truly future-ready — a future that works for everybody. We continue to work for Singapore”.
The CEC appointment-holders will be announced in due course. The new CEC has taken office, with a mix of members of different ages and backgrounds; and has started work with immediate effect.
