How do you help out in WP?

My wife started volunteering with WP in late 2011. She encouraged me to join her and I started volunteering with the grassroots about 2 years back.

It is very meaningful and fulfilling to be able to help residents. At the same time, we can be better examples to our children and help them to become more responsible and compassionate towards society.

I became a member because I feel like I need to do a little bit more for society. I hope that the government will be more compassionate. The government should have more pro-family policies to enable the sandwich class to achieve better work life balance and at the same time attain financial stability.

We need to work towards better representation of alternative voices in Parliament in order to have more balanced debates resulting in the adoption of better policies for Singapore.
